Hire a Hero was established in 2012 to provide an additional provision through which the charity assists and support ex-service personnel on an individualised basis in their search for new career opportunities.
The charity does this by networking with employers and advertising vacancies that we view as suitable and of interest to service leavers that Hire a Hero comes into contact with.
Hire a Hero provides advice, support and information on opportunities and initiatives to personnel pre-discharge, during resettlement and to those who have left the forces.

There is no direct fee to use Hire a Hero however the majority of organisations do make a non-obligatory donation to the charity upon the successful placement of a candidates, in recognition of good service.
