To manage and develop processes to enable maximum performance. To manage the delivery of several jobs in a safe, profitable, planned manner to achieve the programmes, and deliver quality and services in accordance with the Company requirements and legislation.  In doing so, satisfying the Client’s expectations and maximising the financial return to our business.  To develop and maintain positive relationships, and to promote and protect the Knightsbridge reputation, whilst remaining customer focused and in line with the Company policies and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expert on all electrical works that the company undertake
  • Manage a diverse team of multi trades, both employed and sub-contracted
  • Provide engineers with detailed scopes of works and drawings
  • Ensure 1st time fix occurs 80% of all jobs
  • Planning of long- and short-term electrical work
  • Oversee and manage works and ensure they meet KPS high standards
  • Carry out site visits on completed works and ensure works has been carried out correctly
  • Keep accurate and on-going check on all outstanding/unfinished works
  • Responsible for the correct procurement of materials for works to be carried out. Materials should be aimed to be collected locally where possible
  • Liaise with clients to ensure their satisfaction with works carried out
  • Deal with customer complaints in a timely fashion and resolve within 48 hours
  • Liaise with clients to pitch for future works
  • Conduct site visits to ensure all Risk Assessments are being completed by Engineers on site
  • To carry out risk assessments on site on a regular basis
  • Provide toolbox talks, weekly on site with different engineers
  • To ensure that all works are carried out under the Health & Safety guidelines in conjunction with Health & Safety Requirements
  • Provide technical expertise to allow quotes to be produced on time
  • Produce quotes, where the value exceeds £1000
  • Assist Project Managers where required on all general building matters
  • Attend site meetings where required by client

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical
  • 2391 Test and Inspect
  • 2392 Installations
