Graham is raising money to support the great work that Hire A Hero do with service people who move from active service to civilian life.

When you consider that....

48% of Early Service Leavers are unemployed six months after leaving;
91% of the public believe those who have served have been mentally, emotionally or physically damaged
58% of service personnel believe that most employers don’t understand them and won’t give them a chance;

....it is imperative that we change that picture. I honestly believe that the confidence and capability that Hire A Hero gives to service leavers and veterans will create life changing moments for many.

** The Lakesman Half is a 1.2 mile swim in Derwentwater, 56 mile bike ride through the Lake District and a 13.1 mile run through Keswick.
