Managing busy kitchen, creating and preparing nutritious dishes to meet the needs of our varied client group

Key Responsibilities:
°Ordering & monitoring supplies in line with budget

°Manager own department staff rotas

°Setting & presenting daily menus & special events

°Ensuring you & your Team have high standards of food hygiene & follow the rules of H&S

At least one year Kitchen

Key Skills:
Great cooking skills, a cool head, ability to delegate appropriately & organisational flair

Physical Requirements:
Able to stand for long periods

Essential Criteria:
Attention to detail is a must, and the ability to demonstrate culinary expertise. We want someone with a passion to produce innovative dishes. Most importantly to enhance the overall dining experience.
