UK FM Services are a provider of general building and passive fire protection services to the Facilities Management, Commercial Buildings and Education Industry.

General Description:
Multi skilled tradesperson ideally with basic carpentry experience to carry out maintenance work on our housing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
General door maintenance

Changing Hinges/closers/installing strips

Small Building works

Door installations

Our office is based in Woodford and work mainly based in London but may take you elsewhere.

Candidate must have a full UK Licence and own vehicle (Company vehicle to follow)

Experience Handyman: 3 years (Required)

CSCS Cards preferable, but not essential

DBS preferable but not essential.

We are looking for candidates that are hard working and reliable for long term employment.

Based in the market town of Malton which is Yorkshires food capital, Malton is our largest site and is also where our head office is based. The site offers a full processing operation from slaughter line, primary and secondary processing producing fresh pork and gammon which we distribute across the UK and internationally.
Butcher / North Yorkshire / £525 - £620 per week DOE
