General Description
We are looking or a qualified Sales administrator to join our growing company and achieve our goals. The role will initially be part time, with a view to developing to a full time position within the coming months. You will be the first point of contact for customers with queries regarding our products or those wishing to order and deliveries. You will also be responsible for working with suppliers and courier companies to ensure the supply chain and delivery to clients is as a smooth process.

The successful candidate will be goal oriented and able to evidence a good knowledge of customer service and best practice. You will require exceptional organisational skills and enjoy working as part of an enthusiastic team.

You will be expected to contribute to the overall performance of the company, maintain accurate records and achieve KPI and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for
- Accurately maintaining and updating our in house CRM system
- Answering the telephone
- Processing orders via email or telephone
- Raising Purchase Orders for Suppliers
- Ordering goods
- Liaising with Production, Couriers & Clients
- Maintaining/ updating the sales pipeline & following up with leads
- Communicate client feedback internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay up to date with new products & features

- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support
- Has had experience with CRM software

Experience and Technical Skills / Professional Qualifications:
- Qualifications or Certification in Sales, Business, Marketing or other relevant fields our be a plus
- GCSE or above in English & Maths
