Job Salary: £24k basic + 5.5k OTE + company vehicle

General Description: So, what is a Residential Field Technician? They’re the people that connect our customer to everything that matters to them. They go into customers’ homes to install and repair our products, sharing advice and tips on how to get the very best out of those products. You’ll always be looking for opportunities to improve the customer’s package, making sure they know all about our latest technology and deals.

When you join, you will be given comprehensive training in the role, and of course given on-going support, you can trust us to do the right thing by you. No two days are the same, which means you’ll always be learning and finding new challenges to get stuck in to. Experience: You don’t need any technical experience beyond an interest in Telecoms, IT or electrics. Our training programme will get you up to speed. To succeed in this role, you’ll have a logical approach to solving problems and get a buzz out of helping people. You’ll also need:

• A full, valid UK driving license

• To be comfortable speaking with our customers face to face and over the phone

• The willingness to work outside in all weathers

• To be comfortable working at heights
