General Description
Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate jobs to service engineers for the preparation of used machine orders, second-hand equipment, hire fleet or in house and site related service work

- Ensure final inspections of all machines are completed prior to despatch

- Assist Quality manager with designated weekly tasks in accordance with company ISO9001 accreditation

- Carry out regular shipping order audits

- Highlighting any warranty trends to Customer Service Director

- Assist in team training and arrange for training courses to be offered out to service teams across all sites

- Lead customer service team meetings including preparation of agenda’s and ensuring all points are covered

- Maintain company’s Health & Safety procedures & to monitor their implementation & adherence

:
- Self-starting & ability to employ an enquiring approach to develop the knowledge base of the company

- Strong interpersonal skills & show high levels of tact and diplomacy in dealing with colleagues and customers

- To be diligent and to ensure completeness in tasks

- Enthusiastic, positive approach and team orientated

- Display a commitment to self-development & training.
