General Description:
Physical accuracy of stock ensuring a high level of stock integrity between Sage and WMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Receipting finished goods onto internal WMS

Perpetual inventory cycle counting and adjustments

Troubleshooting stock queries

Control of non- conforming stock through hold / release of stock

Reporting of stock KPI’s

Receiving supplier deliveries

Weekly inventory reports

Control of dispatch shipping (BDF only)

Experience:
Previous experience of working in stock control role

Methodical mind and attention to detail

Prioritising and Time Management ability

Problem solving capabilities

Ability to communicate at all levels

Ability to liaise effectively with a variety of internal networks

Self-motivation and the ability to be flexible to change

Experience and Technical Skills / Professional Qualifications:
Analytical with a good knowledge of WMS / SAGE / Excel

Essential Criteria:
Good standard of Maths and English to a minimum of GCSE level
Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, SAGE and quick and accurate data inputting skills
