General Description:
Due to growth, we are currently expanding our team at one of our key clients and are looking for two DMS/Infrastructure Project Managers to join us on a permanent basis in the City of London.

As a permanent member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work a range of Infrastructure projects including the delivery of a new DMS system, assisting our customer in the realisation of the strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Effectively and efficiently deliver technology and business projects on behalf of the customer

· Build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships

• Clear and concise communication approach, both oral and written, at multiple levels. Compile and present presentations to peers and Senior Managers

• Build good team morale and spirit and motivate others

• Manage resources effectively (people, budget, equipment)

• Allocate and manage work of team members, taking account of individuals’ different abilities and workloads

• Listen to stakeholder requests, assimilate and convert into project team action, plans and schedules

Previous experience of working on complex DMS/iManage/NetDocs/Infrastructure projects is essential

Key Skills:
· Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager

· Exceptional stakeholder management capability

· Corporate, professional and exceptional interpersonal skills

· Prince2 or APMP qualifications, or equivalent

Essential Criteria:
Must have experience of working on DMS projects previously
