A Hire a Hero career coach will take a solution-oriented approach to your search for employment. A coach will work with you to see what concrete steps can be taken to achieve your career objectives. 'Mentoring' is, however, a more process-driven approach. A mentor from the charity will work with you to help you with your transition, beyond employment - housing, welfare etc. The core virtue of career coaching is to help you assess your professional situations with a degree of individualised support not afforded elsewhere.
