Established in 1793 Aldens is a family run catering butchers supplying hotel, Universities, Schools. Aldens employs 80 people and is looking to recruit to as the company expands. Aldens shift patterns are 6am-4pm Monday to Saturday (day shift) and 7pm-4am (night-shift). We require people for both shifts. General Description:
You will be preparing specific customer orders and stock. We work with beef, pork, lamb and poultry.

Experience:
Ideally, 3 years working as a catering butcher with knowledge of each species.

Physical Requirements:
The working environment is between 8-12c. You will be standing for while preparing the products.

Experience and Technical Skills / Professional Qualifications:
Ideally, 3 years working in catering butchery environment.
