Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week

Job Salary: Starting at £20,568.63 per annum

JOB PURPOSE
To manage a specific client(s) day to day requirements to ensure that Staci deliver a service which reflects our aim of being Famous for Service

PERSON SPECIFICATION
A dynamic individual who thrives in taking responsibility for a client’s requirements with a fantastic ‘can do’ attitude. An intelligent, trustworthy and reliable individual, who can work under pressure, both internally and externally, in support of the business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Initial client point of contact of tactical issues

· Deliver the day to day campaign activity to the agreed customer requirements.

· To have an in-depth knowledge of the clients stock holding and understand its purpose including cost and selling prices (where appropriate).

· To communicate interdepartmentally to manage stock holding, quality control and stock queries.

· Carry out stock adjustments in line with audited results or agreed manual order authorisation process.

· Assist in the setting up and maintenance of internal systems

· Liaise with internal operations to ensure that order processing and invoicing is being carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

· To regularly update with client opportunities or issues.

· Produce client specific KPI reports.

· To prepare and supply relevant client reporting, ensuring accurate and meaningful data is available in a professional and timely manner

· Preparation of monthly client invoicing for all services provided

· Maintain a safe working environment, observing health and safety procedures at all times. Ensure that the work area is kept clean and free from hazards and waste at all times.

· Undertake other duties as required in order to support the business in achieving excellence for all customers.
