General Description

We are looking for someone join our team!

Your role will be to regularly inspect the tyres within our customer location’s onsite bus fleet with a view to identifying, prioritising and actioning required work in line with the current processes and customer requirements. All locations have commercial fitting machines within the tyre shops which are located in the customer premises.

Key Responsibilities:

· Complete regular tyre inspections on all vehicles to maximise tyre wear.

· Interrogate the tyre inspection and “create a work to do list” for the customer.

· Prepare sufficient stocking levels of built up wheel & tyre assemblies for required workload.

· Process all tyre movements via bespoke fleet management system.

· Maintain accurate documentation in line with company procedures.

· Control removed tyres for potential further maintenance to extend serviceable life.

· Control tyre stocks to 100% accuracy.

· Ensure your work complies with the relevant contractual compliance.

· Follow all Company Health and Safety Procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

· A focus on customer service & satisfaction.

Experience:
Commercial tyre fitting experience or previous work within the tyre service industry would be beneficial, but not essential.

· Valid driving licence.

Physical Requirements:
Applicant needs to be physically fit due to working with commercial tyres.

Experience and Technical Skills / Professional Qualifications: NTDA , IRTEC – But not essential
