Job Title: Electronic Monitoring Fitting Field Officer

Reports to: Reporting to MOPAC Manager

Location: Talbot House, Rickmansworth, WD3 1DE, Within M25 – All London Boroughs and Surrounding Counties

Shift Requirements: Must be available from Monday – Friday (6am-6pm) Min 5 visits per month on a 0-hour contract

Role Overview:
During these unprecedented times brought about by COVID-19, we are working alongside a highly respectable global electronic monitoring company with essential roles/vital services within London and the Surrounding areas. This role is within electronic monitoring technology which is used to deter monitoring wearers from breaching orders, places a strong emphasis on rehabilitation as well as helping to ensure public safety across the country.

Temp to Perm role opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
· Our Field Officer role involves attending Prisons, Approved Premises and Probation centres that are all fully risk assessed, accompanied by a responsible officer and/or prison/probation employee

· Complete installation and activation of electronic tagging devices, which coaching wearers through correct use of equipment

· De-installation of electronic tagging devices once completion of the order

· Check and clean equipment prior to install and post deinstall to ensure highest standard of hygiene practices & recording of any potential damage

· To attend visits to review and replace monitoring equipment should the need arise

· You will travel via Public transport in which we supply an Oyster card for you, should you be required to drive this is also paid for at government standard

· It will be your responsibility to keep track of equipment and stock and ensure you complete any required paperwork/admin in a timely and accurate manner

· You’ll ensure contract compliance is maintained always and follow all Standard operating procedures as per training

· You’ll help with ad-hoc duties and take part in meetings with both your team and your line manager

The Successful candidate will be required to Pass a DBS check which will be conducted by the contracting company at their expense. This is an essential worker role and will require travel on public transport if no access to a vehicle.
