General Description
The main bits
· £25,000 - £30,000 (including team commission payments
· Full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours over Monday-Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:
You will deliver the job expectations
· Reporting to the Head of Residential Lettings and our landlords
· Responsible for growing the property management portfolio, in addition to assisting the team, when required, for day-to-day lettings & property management issues.
· Although you will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of lettings & property management, this is ultimately a sales role. You will be required to source, call, and liaise with, existing & potential clients to increase the property management portfolio of the company.

Experience and Technical Skills / Professional Qualifications:
· You have previous experience in Residential Lettings
· You may have industry-specific qualifications/certificates and want to put them to use
· You would rather work for an independent company than a corporate employer and have your opinions heard
· You have a full driving licence and your own transport
· You are genuinely interested in the property industry and are looking for opportunities
· You are well-organised, respectful of your teammates, and work well under pressure
