Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours, rotating weekly 06.00 – 14.00 / 14.00 – 22.00

Salary: Starting from £9.76 per hour

Provide the administration support to ensure the effective running of the operation. To provide management information / reports to the section manager. To communicate and be an effective part of the team.

Conscientious, hardworking, trustworthy and accurate individual who can work to timed deadlines. Must have a logical approach and have the ability to both understand the operational requirements and the priorities on any given day and organise work load accordingly. This is a busy and challenging role the candidate will have a positive and flexible attitude with a willingness to accept responsibility.

• Support of the department. • Ensure all issues are resolved correctly and within agreed timescales. • Changeable priorities • Ability to act at speed.

· Carrying out the daily picking allocations in line with the site pick waves.

· Identifying any unpickable orders and following through either by liaising with goods in for goods awaiting putaway or raising internal transfer orders.

· Confirming WMS transactions as instructed i.e. putaway and picking.

· Organise and provide quotes for dedicated transport. Liaison with delivering drivers

· Supporting with administration updating traffic calendar and scanning delivery paperwork.

· Controlling and releasing adhoc receipts in line with operational throughput capabilities.

· Query management from Operations and client services in relation to unpicked orders.

· Run inbound reports and flag any receipts that are close to SLA time limit.

· Communicate with section managers over any issues.

· Deal with WMS issues.

· Cover main administration duties that support the allocation of customer orders in the absence of colleague at opposite site.

· General data input.

· Maintain a safe working environment, observing health and safety procedures at all times. Ensure that the work area is kept clean and free from hazards and waste at all times.

· Undertake other duties as required in order to support the business in achieving excellence for all customers.

· High level of interpersonal skills (must be a good communicator, oral and written)

· Possesses exceptional organisational abilities (multi-task handling and prioritising being key)

· Self motivated

· Ability to create reports and manipulate date in Excel

· High energy level and a results driven approach

· Ability to use Staci systems to conduct duties

· Common sense approach with an aptitude for detail
