Who are we?
We are the leading mobile app & B2B platform powering the independent coffee community, leveling the playing field for coffee shop owners along the high street. RWRD provides business partners with a digital tool to boost footfall, increase retention, and provide actionable data and real-time direct marketing capabilities. The free to download RWRD mobile app enables customers to discover better coffee whilst supporting independent businesses.

As a Senior Sales Manager at RWRD you will be joining a close-knit, young and energetic team. We look for passion, enthusiasm and the ability to bring your own initiative to the role. If you’re a self starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to build rapport quickly over the phone and in person, we’d love to hear from you!

As a rapidly growing start up business, we want people to join us that are ready for the journey ahead as we continue to expand globally, and this role is designed to fast progress to a leadership position.

We will be expecting you to build out your own sales team within 3 months of taking on your sales role. You will be joining RWRD at an exciting stage as we move from startup to scaleup and will work directly with the founders to shape our future growth. A passion for supporting independent businesses and a desire to discover the best coffee shops across the world will ensure that you thrive within this role.

The senior sales manager we hire today will be the future leader of a global sales team as RWRD rockets towards servicing the global specialty coffee community.

The day to day

  •  Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities and relationships with independent coffee shops & take away locations.

  •  Manage a pipeline of new business to deliver consistent growth month on month.

  •  Manage onboarding of new coffee shop partners both remotely and in person.

  •  Lead on the optimisation and growth of B2B accounts.

  • Contacting coffee shop leads (warm & cold) to grow your sales funnel.

  •  Identify new and innovative opportunities to improve new business growth.   

  • Maintain an accurate CRM system.

  •   Hire, onboard and manage a Junior Sales Executive.

What we want from you

  • Confidence and enthusiasm in pitching an innovative technology, selling the benefits of our service and delivering both online demos and face-to-face meetings.

  •  Motivation, initiative and positivity towards the growth of the business.  

  • A natural networker with an ability to quickly establish strong rapport.

  • Demonstrable success in driving B2B new business growth, ideally in the hospitality/F&B industry.  Proven record of exceeding growth targets & working towards monthly sales performance targets.

  •  An ambitious self starter, with the drive to make things happen independently and through collaboration.

  • Initiative to conduct your own market research and lead sourcing of potential sales prospects.

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of our product, the coffee industry and competitors.

  • Ability to close opportunities within a fast moving environment.

  • To be excited by the potential of building and managing your own team.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the time of your own team, and will need to lead by example. There will be days in the office, days in new cities, days in new countries and days working from home. The location is not important to us, a vibrant culture, business growth & a motivated team is the key.
