Educated to MBA level and having trained as both a professional Co-Active Coach and Relationships and Systems Coach at the globally acclaimed Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and CRR Global’s respective Headquarters both in San Francisco and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Annalie uses a blend of Co-Active & Systems Coaching. This adaptable approach enables her clients to raise their performance by leveraging their strengths and internal resources whilst allowing time to reflect on habits, behaviours and limiting beliefs which may be holding them back and affecting their performance. Her experience of coaching strategic leaders and teams is built on a wealth of management experience forged from over 15 years’ experience at Director and Executive level in Business Development roles working with businesses including FTSE 100 & FTSE 250 organisations. Annalie also holds a Non-Executive Board advisory role for Under the Doormat, a holiday and short term lettings startup focussed in the sharing economy and a partner for Hire a Hero UK.
